My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they were just average in terms of comfort. The service was a bit hit or miss - some staff members were super friendly, but others seemed to blow me off. The location was convenient for my activities, but the presence of homeless individuals was off-putting. The dining was good, with plenty of options, but the cost had increased significantly. Overall, it was an okay stay with both positives and negatives.

The rooms were clean and nice, but it took me several trips to carry all my belongings up since my room faced a courtyard where people passed by even on the 5th floor. The service, particularly from the concierge Bobby, was super friendly and accommodating, making my experience fantastic. The location was comfy with a pretty courtyard and pool view, though it was next to a common passageway door. The dining experience, while good, seemed a bit expensive now. Overall, a decent stay with some quirks to keep in mind.
